Police searching for four armed thieves in Brooklyn

The NYPD is searching for a quartet of thieves connected to two armed robberies in Brooklyn on July 28.

According to authorities, two of the suspects entered Atlantic Best Deli at 2053 Atlantic Avenue at roughly 5:17 p.m., pointed a firearm at an employee and jumped over the counter. The suspects took cash from the register, as well as the employee’s cell phone before running away on Marconi Place towards Herkimer Street.

A little over two hours later, four suspects entered New Century Chinese Food at 9205 Flatlands Avenue and pointed a firearm at the employees. One of the suspects punched a female employee in the face and attempted to remove cash from the register, before all four ran away on Flatlands Avenue towards East 32nd Street. 

The suspects are described as:

  1. A male seen wearing a gray t-shirt, black shorts and a bandana covering his face
  2. A male seen wearing a black du-rag, white t-shirt and black pants
  3. A male seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans and a gray covering over his face
  4. A male with long dreadlocks, wearing a white t-shirt, gray shorts and sandals
