Police searching for alleged subway forcible touching suspect
NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - Police are searching for a man who allegedly forcibly touched a 52-year-old woman on a subway train in Harlem.
According to authorities, Guillermo Merino, 44, was riding a southbound 4 train at the 125th Street station on July 25 when he twice grabbed the buttocks of a 52-year-old woman who was also aboard the train. The victim moved to a separate part of the train car and at 86th Street could no longer see Merino. She got off of the train at a Manhattan station and informed a Transit employee, who reported the incident to police.
The NYPD has provided a photo of Merino from the incident.
