Police: Long Island man fatally stabs mother's boyfriend
HOLBROOK, N.Y. (AP) — Police on Long Island say they have arrested a man on manslaughter charges after he fatally stabbed his mother's live-in boyfriend.
Police say Rakien Hall was arrested Sunday morning. They say he fled after stabbing 47-year-old Oscar Green in the neck during an altercation in the apartment they shared in Holbrook Saturday night.
The 31-year-old Hall is expected to be arraigned on Monday.
It wasn't clear if he had a lawyer.
