Police: Cement truck rolled after driver attempted left turn
PHOENIX (KSAZ) - It was a wild ride for the driver of an out of control cement truck that rolled over -- and it was all caught on camera.
It's something you don't see very often -- the massive concrete mixer -- on its side. The driver made a left turn at a yellow light near 35th Avenue and Camelback Road when he lost control in front of a gas station -- and about 10 feet away from a bus stop.
"And he probably turned too fast and when he turned too fast, he started flipping," said Carlos Ramirez, a witness."He was flipping, you could see him trying to turn his steering wheel the other way and then like, it just flipped."
What's really amazing here is that the driver was not hurt.
