PATH service suspended between Newark and Journal Square
NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — Commuters who ride PATH trains are still facing problems as workers continue clearing snow drifts of 4 to 16 feet from the tracks.
Service remains suspended Tuesday morning from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. between Newark and Journal Square in Jersey City. Bus shuttle service is operating between the stations and between Harrison and Journal Square.
New Jersey Transit is cross-honoring.
Officials say roughly 650 workers have been clearing PATH following the major weekend snowstorm.
