NYPD: Woman found dead with slash wounds in Queens park

NEW YORK (AP) — Police are investigating the death of a woman found in a Queens park with slash wounds to her neck and stomach.

Police say the body of the unidentified woman was discovered just before 3 p.m. Sunday inside Kissena Park near Golden Street and Laburnum Avenue in Flushing.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

There have been no arrests.
