NYPD: Subway pervert who fondled same teen twice arrested

NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - Police have arrested a man they believe fondled a teenage girl twice in two separate incidents on New York City subways.

Authorities charged Walter Polanco, 66, of Queens, with stalking and forcible touching, the NYPD said.

Earlier, the NYPD released photos of the man they said touched a 13-year-old girl's inner thigh on Feb. 12. at about 7:15 a.m. aboard the No. 7 train as it approached Queensboro Plaza in Queens.

Police said the same man touched the same girl on Feb. 26 at about the same time on board the No. 5 train as it neared the 86th Street station in Manhattan. He later got off the train near 149th St. and Grand Concourse in the Bronx.

The teen was on her way to school on both days.
