NYPD searching for suspect in 5 fast-food store robberies

NEW YORK (AP) — Police are looking for a man in connection to robberies of five fast-food places in Queens.

The robberies took place between May 11 and June 3. The sites included a Carvel ice cream store, two Dunkin' Donuts, and two Subway stores.

Authorities say the suspect would come in at night, display a knife and demand money from the cash register. He's taken more than $2500 from the five stores.
