The man who allegedly stabbed two men running at roughly the same time and not far from each other in Prospect Park late Wednesday night also allegedly stabbed a Hasidic Jewish man in Brooklyn in February, police said.

The NYPD arrested Keny Rochelin, 26, and charged him with attempted murder as a hate crime, aggravated harassment as a hate crime, and criminal possession of a weapon in the February 10 attack in Crown Heights.

Police believe Rochelin tried to rob a man who was running near Lincoln Road and East Drive at about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday. A struggle ensued, and the runner was stabbed in the hand, police said.

A few minutes later, Rochelin stabbed another runner in the stomach and took his wallet near Parkside Avenue and Ocean Avenue, police said.

Both runners were hospitalized and are expected to recover.

Police said that Rochelin lives in a shelter in Manhattan and has a sister who lives in Crown Heights near the site of the February attack.
