NYPD cop accused of exposing himself to girls

NEW YORK (AP) -- A New York City police officer has been accused of exposing himself to two young girls in the Bronx.

Police arrested Adam Fridson, 43, Tuesday on charges of acting in a manner injurious to a child, lewdness and exposure. The alleged incident happened just after 4 p.m. last Wednesday.

A man got out of his vehicle, approached the two girls, ages 12 and 17, asked them for directions to a McDonald's and exposed himself, police said. He then drove away.

Authorities later released video and photos of the suspect.

It wasn't clear if Fridson had a lawyer who could comment on the charges.
