NJ Transit bus, car hit in Newark

A car and a commuter bus have crashed in Newark.

New Jersey Transit says the Number 34 bus was headed from Montclair to Newark's Penn Station with 29 people aboard when the crash occurred on Martin Luther King Boulevard early Monday.

There are reports of injuries, but there is no word on the extent.

Police are investigating what caused the crash.
