NJ mall evacuated after bomb threat

According to police in New Jersey, the Riverside Mall was evacuated due to a bomb threat Saturday afternoon. Authorities were notified about the threat by some graffiti left in a bathroom.

Reports on social media showed  police activity and heavy traffic leaving the mall while Hackensack Avenue traffic was being diverted onto Route 4. 

Police searched the mall, but found no evidence of a bomb. Shoppers were allowed back in at around 4 p.m.
