New Haven woman arrested for kidnapping, sexual assault of teen
A New Haven woman is under arrest for the attempted abduction of a teen who jumped from her moving car in Bridgeport, Connecticut 38-year-old Towanna Randall has been charged with sexual assault, unlawful restraint and reckless endangerment.
Police say she offered the teen a ride but then turned violent.
They say Randall assaulted the 17-year-old who then opened the passenger door and jumped out of the car while it was still moving.
The teen suffered minor injuries.
Randall is due in court on Tuesday.
