Most expensive rental in NYC

New York City has a new most expensive rental!

It’s a $150,000 dollar a month, 3 bedroom apartment on the 65th floor of One57.

According to the 'Douglas Elliman' listing, the apartment is nearly 4,500 square feet and features floor to ceiling windows with Central Park views.

Technically, it's not the priciest pad to rent in the city though.

But the others are all located in hotels, so it's the most expensive non-hotel rental.

This One57 pad’s extravagant price tag is mostly due to its location in a high-profile building, but there are some perks, too.

Residents have access to a gym, yoga studio, business center, bike storage and a party room with a kitchen caterers can use. There’s also permission to swim in the pool at the Park Hyatt, the five-star hotel that takes up the bottom 25 floors of One57.
