Man viciously assaulted with clubs
NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - Police in New York City want to find the group of thugs who beat a 50-year-old man in a shocking attack that was captured on video. The victim was left with a broken eye socket and a broken leg.
The vicious assault happend in front of 462 Pulaski St. in Brooklyn. on Feb. 22 just before 7 p.m. The vicitm was sitting on the stairs when one of the men approached and began hitting him with a club. The other six men joined in on the attack. They repeatedly hit the man as a few others watched.
The vicitm's $600 phone was stolen before the group took off westbound on Stuyvesant Ave.
The man was rushed to Woodhull Hospital. He was listed in serious but stable condition.
The NYPD released surveillance video from the incident in hopes that someone might have information related to the attack.
