A man suffered a graze-wound to the head when he was shot point-blank at a Manhattan diner, says the NYPD.
The shooting occurred around 3:45 a.m. inside the City Diner at West 90th Street and Broadway on the Upper West Side.
The suspect is being sought. Surveillance video shows a man entering the diner and approaching the victim.
He returned a short time later and shot him.
The victim was able to get to Mount Sinai hospital on their own. Police say he is expected to survive.
