Man sentenced for store fire during Ferguson riots

A St. Louis County man was sentenced to five years in prison for setting fire to a store during the Ferguson riots.

Antonio Whiteside, 24, pleaded guilty in April to attempted arson for starting the fire on November 24, 2014, the night the grand jury announced it would not indict Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown.

The market Whiteside set fire to was the scene of a reported strong-armed robbery by Brown shortly before his fatal confrontation with Wilson.
