Man blasts pepper spray into subway car

A panhandler blasted a cloud of pepper spray into a subway car after an argument with a passenger, according to the NYPD. About 20 people became sick.

The incident occurred aboard a southbound No.2 train at about 9:05 p.m. on Sunday near the Beverly Road station in East Flatbush.

The passengers who became sick with nausea and skin irritation were treated at a nearby hospital.

The individual is described as a male, black, in his 30s, 5'10", 240 to 250lbs, with eye glasses; last seen wearing a black shirt, dark colored pants and he had on a dark colored backpack.
