Kesha deposition contradicts sex assault claim
NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - Video of a deposition given by pop singer Kesha in 2011 shows the 'Tik Tok' singer denying that music producer Dr. Luke sexually assaulted her.
Kesha, 28, who's fulle name is Kesha Rose Sebert, has accused Lukasz Gottwald of raping her multiple times.
TMZ posted the deposition on its website.
TMZ reports that the video was given to them by a Dr. Luke source who heavily edited snippets of the deposition.
Kesha sobbed openly in court last week when a judge denied her request to be let out of her contract with Sony, and freeing her from working with Dr. Luke.
