Harlem block party in honor of Prince

NEW YORK (FOX 5 NEWS) - Harlem showed up and showed out for Prince. His fans came out to dance. Many rocked purple. Imitation was the sincerest form of flattery.

The block party turned into a concert when RnB singer Melisa Morgan hit the stage to perform a song that was written by Prince.

For many fans, this was a way to show appreciation to the musical legend, and for Harlem to show how much Prince meant to them.
