Funeral for former First Lady Nancy Reagan

A funeral service was held Friday for Former First Lady Nancy Reagan , who was set to be buried at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California, next to her husband, former President Ronald Reagan.

Mrs. Reagan was mourned and celebrated by family and hundreds of friends from Hollywood, Washington and beyond in a private service.

The former First Lady and Queens, New York native, died Sunday at 94. She planned even the smallest details of her funeral.

The service was held at 11 a.m. with a musical prelude by the Santa Susana High School Advanced Women's Choir and Abbe Road A Cappella, and an instrumental prelude by the 1st Marine Division Band, Marine Corps Camp Pendleton.

The Rev. Stuart A. Kenworthy, Vicar, Washington National Cathedral, presided over the funeral.
