NEW YORK (FOX 5 NEWS) - Family and friends gathered at a church in Brooklyn to pay their respects to one of the victims of the Orlando nightclub massacre.
A funeral service was being held for Enrique Rios Jr., 25, at Greater Free Baptist Church in Bedford-Stuyvesant Tuesday evening.
Rios was studying social work. His Facebook page says he worked with a home health care agency, and his mother said he had a heart for helping the elderly, the AP reported.
Rios was one of 49 people killed in the shooting at Pulse on June 12. He had told family he went to Orlando for the weekend to celebrate a friend's birthday.
