Fire burns Jersey City buildings

Two buildings burned in a 3 alarm fire in Jersey City on Wednesday morning.

The fire broke out in one building on Garfield Ave. and spread to a second building. One fire fighter was injured but their injury was not believed to be life-threatening.

Video from SkyFoxHD showed flames going through the roof of one of the buildings.  Smoke filled the air as the wooden structures burning.

The flames got so bad that firefighters were pulled out of the buildings and the crews went into a defensive operation, fighting the flames from the outside.

It was unclear what caused the fire or if any civilians were hurt.
