FDR Drive reopens after fatal police shooting
NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - The FDR Drive was reopened Wednesday afternoon after it was closed in both directions following a deadly shooting in East Harlem Tuesday night.
Traffic in both directions was restricted from 95th St- 126th St. in Manhattan until shortly before 1 p.m.
Police closed the roadway as they investigated the shooting death of NYPD Officer Randolph Holder, 33. The five-year-veteran was shot in the head and killed in East Harlem Tuesday night
