Dogs attack boy in Brooklyn
NEW YORK (FOX 5 NEWS) - Two dogs attacked and critically hurt a child in Brooklyn Friday evening, officials said.
The 5-year-old boy was rushed to Long Island Jewish Medical Center in critical condition, the NYPD said.
The attack happened at about 6:20 p.m. on Riverdale Avenue in East New York.
The dogs are believed to belong to the boy's family, police said.
Animal Care and Control in Manhattan has taken custody of the dogs.
