COPY-Man heading back to prison for 2nd child pornography case

CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - A New Jersey man who has previously served time after one child pornography conviction is heading back to prison in a second case.

Thirty-two-year-old Layne Bracht of Highlands was sentenced Friday to 10 years in federal prison.

He pleaded guilty last year to charges that he put images of child sexual abuse into folders that others could access through a peer-to-peer network.

Bracht was sentenced in 2008 to 2½ years in prison for a previous child porn possession conviction.
