Chelsea fire reignites

NEW YORK - Fire crews responded Wednesday to the same building in Chelsea that burned a day earlier. The FDNY said smoldering debris led to a small fire that created a heavy smoke condition. Firefighters contained the secondary fire.

The fire originally began early Tuesday morning on the fourth floor of the six-story building before quickly spreading to the roof.

The damage put the building in danger of collapsing.
