Carbon monoxide overcomes construction workers at Manhattan site

NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - Firefighters rescued nine workers from a construction site in Midtown Manhattan Tuesday afternoon.

The construction workers were apparently exposed to carbon monoxide at the site at East 29th Street and Madison Avenue.

The FDNY said the workers were treated and are expected to recover.
