Boy, 11, shot in leg in Harlem
NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - A man opened fire in the middle of the afternoon on a street in Harlem striking a boy as he entered a deli.
The NYPD was looking for the suspect who fired multiple shots striking the 11-year-old in the thigh.
The shooting took place as the boy entered the Zaid Gourmet Deli at the intersection with East 109 Street on Sunday at about 3:20 pm.
The boy was treated at Harlem Hospital. He was listed in stable condition.
The NYPD was asking for the public's help identifying the suspect.
