Bill O'Reilly will not return to Fox News

NEW YORK (FOX 5 NEWS) - 21st Century Fox, the parent company of Fox 5 News, announced Wednesday that Bill O'Reilly will not be returning to the Fox News Channel. The decision comes after allegations of sexual harassment against the Fox News host.

21CF released a statement saying in part: "Bill O'Reilly is one of the most accomplished TV personalities in the history of cable news. ... Fox News has demonstrated again and again the strength of its talent bench. ... Lastly, and most importantly, we want to underscore our consistent commitment to fostering a work environment built on the values of trust and respect."
