— FATAL WRONG-WAY CRASH — An attorney for the Linden police officer who was a passenger in a wrong-way crash in Staten Island, New York, has filed notice of intent to sue the city of Linden over its handling of the officer who was allegedly driving drunk at the time of the crash.

— IDENTITY THEFT-SENTENCE — A federal judge has sentenced a 25-year-old man to 13 years in prison for hacking into business computers in the U.S., then stealing and selling personal information to other cybercriminals.

— DUKE MANSION-DEMOLITION — The Duke Farms Foundation has applied to Hillsborough Township's Historic Preservation Commission for permission to demolish the unoccupied main mansion of the estate.

— PLANE LANDS ON HIGHWAY — Police have released a video of a small plane carrying students from a skydiving school making an emergency landing on a southern New Jersey highway.

— SUBARU RECALL — Subaru is recalling 32,400 Impreza compact cars in the U.S. to fix a problem that can stop the front passenger air bag from inflating in a crash.

— BOSTON IMAM — The largest mosque in New England has selected a young cleric from New Jersey as its new imam.
