Adele and Jennifer Lawrence crash NYC drag show

It was a couple of girlfriends out on the town, but in this case, it was two of the world's most famous women.

Singer-songwriter Adele and actress Jennifer Lawrence, went viral after crashing a drag show Friday night at the popular gay bar, Pieces, in Greenwich Village.

"Two people I look up to so much, especially Adele. Like that’s wild. It was wild to me!," Jesse Havea, who performs as "Brita Filter," told Fox5's Raegan Medgie.

"This is our safe space, and it’s so nice to see two people the gay community looks up to in our space, partying with us," said Havea.

Lawence got there first, and patron Cameron Keady was standing nearby.

"So we tried to keep our cool and I kept my back to her but casually kept looking over," said Keady.

Moments later, Adele walked in.

"I think we were all just stunned," Keady said. "This is Pieces, our local neighborhood gay bar.".

Havea was leading a game of musical shots, when he asked the audience for volunteers. Adele raised her hand and took the stage like anyone else.

Except, of course, she's Adele.

"I was performing my show and it’s customary to tip your queens," said Havea. "So they started pulling out $50 bills, and honey, I knew I was going to be 'Rolling In The Deep,' when that started happening."
