3 injured in Manhattan ceiling collapse
Three construction workers were injured when a ceiling collapsed inside a 24-story building in Manhattan.
The ceiling at 317 Madison Ave. near E. 42nd St. came crashing down at about 10:15 a.m. Friday, said firefighters.
The victims were taken to Bellevue Hospital.
None of the injuries was life-threatening, said police.
It is not clear what caused the ceiling to collapse.
