Tesla rolls out Cybercabs without steering wheels or pedals

Tesla has put dozens of gold-colored self-driving Cybercabs on the streets of Austin. The vehicles have no steering wheels or pedals, and passengers cannot take control; Tesla says it plans to expand the service to other cities.
