Police investigate after people seen emerging from NYC sewer near high-profile hotel

Police swarmed a Manhattan street after three unidentified individuals were seen emerging from a sewer system near a hotel hosting high-profile dignitaries for events like the UN General Assembly. The three individuals got into two separate cars and fled northbound on Park Avenue.
