MTA temporarily suspends fare enforcement teams

The MTA temporarily shutting down its Eagle team program which helps catch fare evaders on the bus. This comes after a man says he was punched and thrown to the ground by a group of inspectors. FOX 5 NY's Lisa Evers has the story.
