Putin agrees to resume peace talks with Ukraine, US

Russia has released 74-year-old American Stephen Hubbard after holding him for more than four years on charges of fighting for Ukraine. The release comes as Russia agrees to upcoming peace talks with Ukraine and the U.S., spurred by diplomatic pressure from President Donald Trump.
