Special treatment? Ex-NYPD officer's charges downgraded after GWB shooting

The family of Koran Irvine is demanding answers after charges against a retired NYPD detective, Victor Romero, were downgraded from murder to first-degree manslaughter following a fatal road rage shooting on the George Washington Bridge. FOX 5 NY's Frances Wang reports.
