NYC Council to debate 23 bills on e-bike and scooter safety

New York City is moving to pump the brakes on e-bikes, mopeds, and e-scooters. The City Council Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure is reviewing a package of 23 proposed bills aimed at curbing speed, enforcing sidewalk bans, and improving street safety.
