Westchester County vote count delayed due to system glitch: Court-ordered scan underway

A county-wide voting machine malfunction in Westchester County has left thousands of Election Day ballots waiting to be counted. Due to scanners failing to accept ballots at local polling locations, voters were directed to deposit their paper ballots into secure emergency bags under Board of Elections protocols. The ballots were transported overnight under police escort to an election facility in Ardsley. FOX 5 NY's Frances Wang reports.
