Oscar Belgal's lawyers file petition for release after NYC ICE shooting

The man shot by ICE agents in Marble Hill says the masked officers never identified themselves. Now, Oscar Belgal's lawyers are questioning whether the agents had a valid warrant and they're demanding his release from federal custody. FOX 5 NY's Jessica Formoso reports.
