Before Irma hit Florida it tore through the Caribbean. Omar Bourne knows about natural disasters. He grew up in Barbados and now works for the Office of Emergency Management in New York City. But two days after the storm, Omar still hadn't been able to connect with his aunt and uncle Karl and Cerleen Bourne who were on the island.
