A piece of debris fell onto the roadway near the entrance to the upper level of the George Washington Bridge, possibly striking a vehicle and injuring one person, according to FDNY. The person was taken to the hospital, but their condition was not immediately known. The incident happened near 179th Street and Wadsworth Avenue, close to where another large piece of debris fell last week on the Trans-Manhattan Expressway.
