Sebastian Zapeta, the man accused of setting a homeless woman on fire in a Coney Island subway car, has been indicted on murder and arson charges. Prosecutors say Zapeta, who reentered the U.S. illegally after deportation, faces life without parole if convicted. Authorities are still working to identify the victim.
