Prosecutors say Thomas Mascia actually shot himself and lied about it. Now Mascia and his parents are facing charges. FOX 5 NY's Jessica Formoso has the latest. Clarification: Mascia is not accused of using the gun found in his parents' bedroom to shoot himself, rather, used a different gun found in the house, according to the DA. The gun found in the bedroom, however, is connected to his parents' gun charges.
