Woman used Periscope while driving drunk, cops say

NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - A woman in Lakeland, Florida was arrested and charged with DUI after she live streamed video of herself driving. Cops say she was drunk. A 911 caller said she was watching the streaming video of Whitney Beall, 23, who said on Periscope that she was “drunk”, and that she had a flat tire. Beall also said several times that she was unaware of where she was, according to cops.
