"He just said they were having a fight an argument. He was fed up got his weapon of choice and unfortunately shot and killed her," said Captain Clark.

Christina Humphrey says she owns two daycare centers across the street from Kuzan's home. He seemed fine until a couple of weeks ago, according to the woman. She shared surveillance video of what she says shows Kuzan running along the strip mall naked allegedly threatening people along the way.

Neighbors tell FOX 29 off camera that last night,  Kuzan was running around naked too, as his wife was fighting for her life.  Witnesses say Kuzan was yelling "She's the devil" and mentioned ISIS.

"They just got married she seemed so happy. They seemed happy; can't figure out what happened when they went home,' said friend Frank Trout.
