NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - There is international outrage over a video making the rounds on social media. In it, a man makes a baby smoke a cigarette and drink what appears to be beer. The shocking incident occurred outside a cafe in Spain, according to various European news outlets. The men, however, are not speaking in Spanish. The video is difficult to watch. It is being circulated in the hopes someone knows who the men are and can ultimately lead police to them.
