Police rescue 'frozen' woman, actually a mannequin
A neighbor called police claiming there was an elderly woman frozen to death inside a snow covered vehicle along City Hall Place.
Police rushed over and broke a window to get the woman out.
It turned out it wasn't a woman. It was an extremely realistic looking mannequin wearing an oxygen mask.
The owner of the vehicle is a sales manager for a company that manufactures medical training aides.
The doll was a CPR training device.
The police chief said the owner was "incredulous" that police broke the window to rescue the mannequin.
