NYPD officers confiscate boa constrictor in Times Square

NEW YORK (AP) — Painted topless women and costumed characters — and now also a boa constrictor.

That's what police say two officers found and confiscated in Times Square on Thursday.

The exact location wasn't immediately clear. But the Midtown North Precinct tweeted a photo of two officers posing with the large yellow-and-white snake.

Boa constrictors are not venomous.
